Terms & Conditions

  • All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
  • We are unable to cater for children under the age of 15.
  • Minimum Stays:
    • The Purangi Suite: 2 nights between 20 Dec 2024 and 28 Mar 2025
    • The Shakespeare Suite: 2 nights between 20 Dec 2024 and 28 Mar 2025
    • The Estuary Terrace: 2 nights between 20 Dec 2024 and 28 Mar 2025
    • The Atrium Suite: 2 nights between 20 Dec 2024 and 28 Mar 2025
    • 970 Lonely Bay Lodge Exclusive use: 2 nights between 20 Dec 2024 and 28 Mar 2025

 

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation.
  • The balance is payable on the arrival date.
  • Note: Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

 

Cancellation Policy

Within:

  • 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • All cancellation charges will be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation.
  • We suggest you are covered by travel insurance.
